Recognizing a critical need for private investment in support of jobs, living wages and an expanded tax base, “Project Discovery” was introduced to engage the Milton-Freewater community-at-large in a forward thinking process; a “visioneering” conversation that considers a sustainable direction forward for the town over the next 50 years.

The near-term deliverable becoming the establishment of the Milton-Freewater Revitalization Strategic Plan – the driving force in shaping the City’s meaningful future within County and within the Walla Walla Valley.
